Travel Planning Terms

These terms apply to travel planning from Upfront Consulting With Tiff & Reco LLC and supplement our general service terms. Effective October 9, 2026.

  1. Who we are. Upfront Consulting With Tiff & Reco LLC (Missouri) provides trip research and planning. We are not a travel supplier. We do not book travel, hold your travel payments or act as a seller of travel. You book and pay airlines, hotels, cruise lines and tour companies directly, and their terms govern those purchases.
  1. Planning fee.
  • The fee is set by your trip and shown as a dollar amount on your written quote.
  • It applies to individual and group trips.
  • It is due after you approve the quote and before we send your final package: itinerary, booking links and checklist.
  • Concierge is $49 a month. Concierge desk and corporate services are priced in their proposal.
  1. What's included. Up to 3 options, a live price check, a day-by-day plan, a ready-to-book package and 2 rounds of changes. Extra changes or a new destination need a new quote.
  1. Prices change. Supplier prices and availability can change at any time until you book. Our estimates and quotes are not guarantees of supplier prices. If the trip total changes by more than 10% before you book, we re-quote. The fee follows the new total only if you approve it.
  1. Refunds.
  • You get a full refund of the planning fee if we can't deliver your package within 3 business days of payment.
  • Once the package is delivered, the fee is earned and is not refundable, whether or not you book.
  • Concierge can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the paid month.
  1. Your responsibilities. Passports, visas, entry rules, health requirements, travel insurance and supplier deadlines are your responsibility. We point you to the official sources. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
  1. Limits. We are not responsible for supplier acts, cancellations, delays, weather or events outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the planning fee you paid.
  1. Data.
  • We never ask for card numbers, passport numbers or passwords.
  • We use your details only to plan your trip and reply to you.
  • You can reply "stop" to end follow-up emails.
  1. AI assistance. Research and drafts are prepared with AI assistance. Messages from our planning desk are signed "Upfront's AI Assistant".
